Aldera was founded by Lara Knight, whose more than 20 years in real estate led her to a calling beyond buying and selling homes. Through her work with older adults and senior living communities, Lara gained a deep understanding of the challenges families face when helping a loved one transition into the next chapter of life. She saw firsthand how overwhelming these moments can be—and how much families benefit from having a trusted, compassionate guide. Inspired by those experiences, Lara created Aldera to provide personalized support with empathy, professionalism, and care.
